Yet another day has come to an end. We've all aged by 24 hours and 1440 minutes. Even by my sluggish standards, it has been a truly memorable day. Started off quite the normal way. Appa desperately trying to evacuate the bed, Amma's unlimited patience reaching all time lows.
Today was a day of delightful joyous Mom-Son nonsense-ing. The Image of the Day would surely be one of complete amusement and surprise on Amma's face as Shreya DidiG and me held an hour long Hindi-English bilateral talks. We gossiped about mascara, eyeliners, one dashing young lady who defied every over-made-up law that governs the realm of society and fashion, BINDAAS or was it BAKWAAS?
The afternoon passed off in its usual brisk manner with me doing some serious Chem for a change. 1 Page!
Evening...yeah! Downed a coffee. Jumped onto bed when Chandana came home. Chandu, a Class X student, still inspires in me a sense of fear and dread. A smart young lady, Chandu brightened the evening with Class X discussions. Then, went for a game of cricket. Following the Kotla debacle, our game too was abandoned due to bad light. Missed an easy catch, though more than made up for it with a Jonty-Rhodes-Impressing runout. Went for a stroll with Vinay and Varun, two really sweet guys in my colony. Discussed everything from Polestar to Avatar!
Got back home and had a brainstorming session with Dad about my C++ project. Sam called. Usual bro-sis mokkafyin'!
"Had"[Amma stuffed it down my mouth actually!] Pulao for dinner.
And now off to bed.
